This photo is from Sunday (31wks 3days). As of today, only 49 more days until c-section day! I've been feeling pretty good; just all the normal discomforts with the added sleeplessness while Maddie is sick. I have had two episodes of awful cramping in my lower right leg at night. Hopefully eating some bananas will help, because it is incredibly painful. Otherwise, everything is the same. Little Calum is moving like crazy and seems to be really fond of kicking his big sister. When daddy tries to feel, baby boy stops moving. But when Maddie feels him or is snuggling on me, he kicks and shoves at her really hard! She's given him two kisses over the last few days. One was because I asked her if she wanted to kiss Brother and the other one she did after being super-sassy to me...I guess she figured that kissing Brother would get her out of trouble. She's one smart cookie, that girl!
Things to do when you're sick: Pamper your tootsies!
She's been asking me for a while to paint her toes, but she always fidgets and touches the paint while it's still wet. Then, I got some Insta-dry polish and it worked like a charm. She sat still for me to paint them and played with some Play-Doh at the table while they dried. She LOVES them! I finished her one little foot and she asked, "What about the other foot, mommy?"
